Last weekend’s wedding was simply beautiful. Not only did Katie pick the perfect venues (two of my favorite in Cincinnati), but she picked top notch vendors for the day. Look at this list and you will know what I mean! Sam Hill (513-502-5293) worked his magic on the lovely ladies hair (by the way, ever since I saw what he did with Heather and Joe’s wedding in March, he’s the only one I now trust with my hair…wait till you guys see the new photos of my new do!!!). Of Course Nancy from Brideface did an amazing job (could she ever not do an amazing job, I mean, c’mon!) on Katie’s face. With Kristen Kloth (Tres Chic Event Planning) as the wedding planner, all the little details were perfect for the bride and groom. Kristen and her husband always seem to do a great job keeping the bride calm and collected. To top off the evening, Paul Otten played their tunes to a very crowded dance floor. I just love it when these two play receptions! Great musicians who also play out in about around Cinci and Miami. If you haven’t heard them perform…ya gotta go see it to believe it. Check out their website for their latest gigs. Of course I can’t forget the awesome reception venue. The Queen City Club did an amazing job keeping everything on schedule and took care of all the little details, including their world famous macaroon cookies! They serve these fresh (still warm!) at the reception. Also, the food was top notch. For those of you planning your wedding, definately check out the Queen City Club for availability. Another reason I love shooting at this place is because if it’s raining, too cold or too hot on your wedding day, they provide many beautiful spots inside for amazing wedding formals.
Last, but certainly not least…I had the amazing opportunity to shoot alongside the amazing and talented Cincinnati Photographer, Javier Jarren for this wedding. He took the amazing photos you see of the guys getting ready. I have wanted to shoot with him for years and am soooooo happy he agreed to photograph this wedding with me!
